These terms govern your use of the WinPKR platform, including sports betting, casino games, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals in PKR. Please read through them before creating an account or placing any bets.

All transactions on WinPKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversion fees. What you deposit is what lands in your account, and what you withdraw is what you requested in PKR.
All bonuses and promotional credits come with wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits are stated in the promotion details at the time of opt-in.
WinPKR is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Attempting to exploit bonus systems, using automated betting tools, engaging in match fixing, or coordinating accounts to gain unfair advantage are all prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
WinPKR reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of your account after a change means you have accepted the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and WinPKR ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live casino, esports betting and promotions.
WinPKR is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinPKR.
Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that promotion only. In all other matters, these Terms govern.
WinPKR may offer services through both a web browser interface and a dedicated mobile application for Android and iOS. These Terms apply equally to both channels. Using the app is subject to the same rules as using the website.
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or use any WinPKR services. WinPKR takes age verification seriously. If there is reason to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended and the matter reviewed. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited. If you suspect a minor is using your account, contact support immediately.
Each individual may hold only one WinPKR account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, WinPKR reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold pending balances during investigation. If you have previously held an account that was closed by WinPKR, you may not open a new account without explicit written permission from the platform.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for account closure. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current; if your contact information changes, update your account promptly.
WinPKR is operated for players based in Pakistan. Access from certain other locations may be restricted based on applicable legal requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is permitted in your jurisdiction. WinPKR does not warrant the legality of its use in any jurisdiction other than Pakistan.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. WinPKR strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
WinPKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, suspicious betting patterns, failure to verify identity, or any activity that WinPKR reasonably believes is harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons that are not the player's fault, any genuine balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
WinPKR may request identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification may include submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your registered payment method. Failing to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions. WinPKR handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting WinPKR support. Any genuine remaining balance will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts under investigation may not be immediately closed until the review is complete.
WinPKR currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. WinPKR does not charge additional platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check with your payment provider before transacting.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within one to two minutes. Raast transfers clear in real time during banking hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the sending bank. Card deposits are generally processed the same day. Deposits are credited to your WinPKR account in PKR at a 1:1 ratio — there is no internal conversion step.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. WinPKR's internal target for processing withdrawal requests is same-day for requests submitted during normal business hours in Pakistan. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive within a few hours of processing. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. WinPKR will notify you when your withdrawal has been processed from our end.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. These limits exist to comply with payment provider requirements and to maintain platform security. If you require a limit adjustment for legitimate purposes, contact support with your request.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained through legitimate means. WinPKR may request evidence of the source of funds if unusual deposit patterns are detected. This is a standard practice and is not a reflection of any assumption of wrongdoing. Cooperating with such requests is a condition of continued account use.
Please note: Withdrawals can only be processed once any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus is pending may result in the bonus being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a WinPKR account, or who are registering a second account, are not eligible for welcome offers. WinPKR reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its own discretion.
All bonuses awarded on WinPKR are subject to wagering requirements, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms. Sports betting bets may contribute differently to wagering requirements than casino games — check the specific promotion for details.
Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus before it is credited and to use it within the stated period.
WinPKR operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using hedging strategies or low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, and using third-party software to assist in bonus clearing. Where bonus abuse is detected, WinPKR reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the relevant account.
WinPKR runs dedicated promotions during the Pakistan Super League season, major T20 international series and other cricket events. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms above, plus any additional specific conditions published alongside each offer. PSL promotions may include free bets, accumulator boosts, cashback offers and live betting specials. Check the Promotions page during the PSL season for the latest offers.
Bets placed on WinPKR are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, please review the selection, odds, stake amount and potential return carefully. WinPKR is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player. If you believe a bet has been placed incorrectly due to a technical fault on our end, contact support immediately with the relevant details.
Odds on WinPKR are updated in real time and reflect the current probability as assessed by our trading team. For in-play events including live cricket matches, PSL games, T20 internationals and esports matches, odds fluctuate continuously. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. WinPKR does not guarantee that any particular market will remain available throughout an event.
If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to your account. Specific void rules may apply to individual sports and market types. For cricket matches affected by weather or other disruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result will be used for settlement where applicable. WinPKR applies maximum winnings limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed when placing a bet and are subject to change. Where a bet would generate winnings above the applicable limit, only the maximum will be paid. This applies regardless of the odds or stake amount involved.
WinPKR monitors betting patterns continuously. Accounts showing suspicious patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting at scale, use of automated betting systems, or patterns consistent with match fixing — may be flagged for review. Bets placed as part of suspicious activity may be voided and accounts suspended pending investigation. WinPKR cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies where applicable.
The casino and live casino sections of WinPKR offer games from multiple software providers. Game availability may vary and titles may be added, removed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance at any time. WinPKR is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by temporary game unavailability.
All casino slots and table games on WinPKR use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of casino games are determined independently of any player action prior to the spin or deal. WinPKR does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the game software provider and are calculated over very large sample sizes — individual session results will naturally vary from the stated RTP.
Live casino games are hosted by professional dealers and streamed in real time. The same betting rules and fair play standards that apply to standard casino games apply to live casino. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the game result as recorded by the live studio system will be used for settlement. If a round is interrupted before completion, the studio's records will determine whether the round is valid or void.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game, WinPKR will investigate the incident using server-side records. If a malfunction is confirmed, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned. Any payouts arising from a clearly malfunctioning game — including payouts resulting from software errors displaying incorrect odds or prizes — are considered void and will not be honoured.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability. WinPKR will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, delayed odds updates or temporary unavailability of specific markets, except where such losses are directly caused by our negligence.
WinPKR is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own decisions, including bets placed in error, misunderstanding of odds or market types, or failure to read the specific terms of a promotion before opting in. It is each player's responsibility to understand the bets they are placing and the terms attached to any bonuses they accept.
To the fullest extent permitted, WinPKR's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WinPKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, WinPKR will provide notice via the platform — typically through a notification on the website or app — before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.
The current version of the Terms will always be available at winpkr.bar/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of WinPKR after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

For formal complaints, please submit your complaint in writing with full details of the issue, your account username and any relevant transaction or bet IDs.
